QYD Quest - March 2, 2020

Updated: Mar 10, 2020

The Middlebury QYD Project was recently recognized by the National QYD Credential Committee for achieving its first two Quality Youth Development  (QYD) Benchmarks! At a community meeting two weeks ago the group was presented with a Notice of Accomplishment for providing documentation of each of the following achievements:

“Substantive funding by the community in support of youth programs.”

“Welcoming, inclusive, and accessible space in the community for any youth to gather safely when out of school”.

Great job Middlebury QYD! Rumor has it the Essex QYD Project is right on their tail, and Brattleboro QYD is getting ready to launch.
